Our Method
1. Carrying out an audit and making a diagnosis
We carry out an audit within your team, using the only diagnostic tool approved by the scientific community, which identifies the areas of resourcefulness and vulnerability in the company's departments.
How is the audit conducted?
The questionnaire contains around 120 questions, and takes around 20 minutes to complete. It complies with the ethics charter, which ensures the strict confidentiality and anonymity of data collected from employees.
Employees are invited by e-mail or post to log on to a secure platform and complete the questionnaire anonymously. Once the responses have been received, the results are processed and compiled on a global basis, without reference to names.
Our team then submits a report detailing all the results, together with recommendations for targeted actions.
2. Identifying key issues
Thanks to the diagnosis carried out beforehand, we identify the key issues in close collaboration with your company.
Our tool covers all the essential indicators of quality of life at work:
- Overall QWL and PSR indexes
- Stress, health, energy, recover
- Cognitive and emotional adaptation
- Work atmosphere, relational quality, respect, integrity
- Workstation ergonomy, workload, personal/professional life balance
- Work organisation and conditions
- Management, change management, professional perspectives
- Employee commitment
3. Co-constructing an action plan
Still in close collaboration with you, we design an action plan with different activities within your company. Thanks to our network of experts, we can address the different needs and organise a tailor-made programme for your team members.
4. Implementing a programme
Once the action plan has been established, we reflect together on its implementation. It is very important to spell out the reasons for implementing a QWL approach. It is all about giving meaning to the process and highlighting the Management's commitment.
5. Making the process sustainable
The actions set up can be implemented over time and evolve according to the needs. The benefit of making the process long-lasting is to allow all the actors to take ownership of it. It is possible to carry out the assessment over several years to evaluate the impact.
